Frequently asked questions
When can I expect our final gallery?
For full sessions, your final edited gallery will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Mini sessions have a quicker turnaround of 1-2 weeks. I always aim to get your memories to you as soon as possible while ensuring each image is edited with care.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to secure your session date. This ensures your spot is reserved and goes toward your total session cost. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date.
What is your cancellation policy or rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling is totally understandable -- life happens! If something comes up, I allow one (maybe two) reschedules, as long as I am given at least 24 hours notice. After that, a new deposit will be required to book a new date.
If we need to reschedule due to weather (for outdoor shoots), thats no problem at all -- I want your photos to turn out amazing too!
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes! I offer mini sessions a few times of year -- usually seasonally or special themes (like Fall, holiday or motherhood minis). They're shorter sessions at a lower price point, perfect for if you're looking for a quick update or just a few great photos!
Mini sessions are announced in advance and tend to book up quickly, so be sure to follow me on Instagram/Facebook to be the first to know when they're released!
